Sage and Almond Pesto Difficulties 1 Preparation Time 15 '


  • 1 cup almonds, coarsely ground
  • 2 loose cups sage leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

In a grinder or food processor, put pulverized almonds, sage leaves and garlic and grind into a sort of paste. Add the salt and the olive oil little by little, grinding between each addition until the pesto comes together. Serve on pasta.
