During Easter holidays in Sicily it is a tradition to eat the lambs sculpted from almond paste, also known as marzipan.

It is a confection made with only almonds and sugar, kneaded by hand to obtain a flexible dough.

The marzipan lambs we offer are composed only of Sicilian almonds.
