Desinare Chef in the kitchen

On the occasion of Fuori di Taste, on Friday, the 7th of March, Natura in Tasca will launch Desinare, Riccardo Barthel’s atelier. It will be a unforgettable journey, thanks to Natura in Tasca products. This special event is created exclusively for a limited number of guests registered in advance. The culinary head of Tasca d’Almerita, Fabrizia Lanza, will cook Panelle; Sheep's Milk Pecorino with Zibibbo Grape Extract; Bruschetta with capers, olives and sun-dried tomatoes patè; Bruschetta with sheep's milk tuma and anchovies; Busiate pasta with sage and almond pesto sauce; Anelletti pasta with tomato sauce and ricotta cheese; Risotto with Sicilian broccoli and almonds; Biancomangiare pudding with pistachios; Peach crumble with lemon and hazelnuts; Orange gelatin with pistachios.
